What To Expect

All new patients will need to fill out forms detailing basic information, health history, and insurance policies. Please arrive a few minutes early to your first appointment to fill out these forms. Downloadable forms are available below.

If you are making an appointment for a child (under the age of 18) we will set up a cleaning with one of our hygienists. One of the dentists will do a dental examination to make sure there are no other problems. If the child is in pain, please let us know at the time of making the appointment so we can schedule him or her to see the dentist first.

The first visit for an adult (age 18 or older) will be a comprehensive dental examination that may include x-rays with the dentist. The dentist will record any previous dental work done and take note of any current dental work that needs to be completed. The dentist will then discuss all treatment options, as well as fees for services and an estimate of any dental insurance you may have. Once you have selected a treatment plan that best suits your oral health needs, an appointment will be made to complete care at your convenience. If you are experiencing pain or need immediate attention, please let our scheduling coordinator know and care may be provided at the time of the first visit.

If you have any questions or concerns at the time of your visit, please do not hesitate to ask any of our dental personnel!
